Orders are processed within one to three working days. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes two to five working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
We currently ship only within the UK. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot amend details once an order has been processed.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within forty‑eight hours with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our natural skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you change your mind about an unopened product, you may request a return within fourteen days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within forty‑eight hours with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to appear in your account.
